Checking In

I haven't posted in forever...

Not much new, glad the weather is cooler and it's finally Fall!

Still looking for jobs, applying to more this weekend. I am considering volunteering at the library so that I'll get more experience and when things finally turn around, I could possibly be hired. I'm so comfortable at my current job so it's hard to leave.

Halloween this weekend, party at a friend's. Then next weekend, get to see Mack's parents and grandparents in Tahoe. Can't wait. Hope the weather is decent.

My Coffee is not good enough...

I joked with Mackenzie that my coffee was not good enough for him when I told him I made him coffee in the morning. He gets free coffee at work and they have several kinds. He told me his favorite is the vanilla bean.

The two cats are still doing good, I'm glad Momo has someone to terrify. It will suck to go back to just Momo. He will try to kill us again.

We are going to Six Flags Marine World saturday :) It has been a long time since I've been there.

Mack and I will be going shopping for something special.

Then, next weekend be going to Monterrey for the wedding and will be staying there that weekend.

I love bad movies

I just have to say I loved Mackenzie's reaction when he opened the Netflix yesterday and found out we received Goulies/Goulies 2. He said, what is this? More bad movies? haha, it was priceless and you had to be there. I love bad movies, especially bad horror movies like Troll and Troll 2.

Looks like it will shower today :)

Two Cats

Brian, Mack's friend, dropped off his cat Francesca on Saturday, who is a full grown cat. Momo was hissing at her at first since she was encroaching on his territory. You know, MAI place, MAI humans! But now they just play around and kiss each other, touching their noses together. It's cute. We get the cat for a week.

I got my nails done and they look festive, orange with a black flower.

Sunday, hung out with some chorus ladies at the Princess Promenade, a biking event for women. I want to actually do the bike racing next year. We had a booth and only got a few sign ups. I had fun talking to the two ladies.

A co-worker went to Tennessee where her family lives and brought us back some Moonshine Jelly. That was hilarious. The first ingredient is taquila. haha. I might try a bit on my sandwich.

I wasn't feeling well last week for a few days. I'm fine now. I just need to make sure I get plenty to eat, I was grumpy when I had no food.

Mack is liking his job. I like how he goes to bed at a decent hour and wakes up early now. I still don't see him in the morning since I get up insanely early at 5. I still like my morning drive, love it in fact. Don't like the afternoon one. Looking for a closer job...
